Return Policy

Please review the "Fine Print" on any product you purchase for return eligibility. For products eligible to be returned, you must contact Doggyloot Customer Service within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Any returns requested after this time will not be approved.

To be eligible for a return or exchange for any reason, you must contact Doggyloot Customer Service by phone toll free at 1-800-398-6081, extension 2, or by email at support@doggyloot.com for return instructions and approval. Please note: any eligible returns will be in the form of Doggyloot Dollars which is a store credit. The store credit never expires and can be used towards any future purchase.

We work with many different vendors to offer many different types of products! The Fine Print for each deal will specify whether or not you can return an item for any reason. All returned items must be in "new" and "pristine" condition, with all original components and packaging included.
We do not accept returns for certain products. Generally perishables, consumables, and clothing items will not be eligible for returns. However, the Fine Print within each deal will indicate if an item is eligible for a return.
We may accept returns for refund or exchange for items which are defective or damaged upon receipt. Damaged or defective item returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We may offer full or partial refunds for instances such as this, or a replacement with the same product.

Returns due to damage or defect are not always accepted. Please review the fine print for each deal to determine whether returns due to damage or defect are accepted for that deal.

Yes. You will be responsible for the full return shipping costs of your returned item. Doggyloot provides customers with free shipping for a majority of our product deals. We want to keep our prices low for all our customers and in order to provide such competitive rates we're not able to compensate our customers for the cost of return shipping.
Once you have sent back your approved return product, please kindly notify Doggyloot Customer Service by phone toll free at 1-800-398-6081, or by email at support@doggyloot.com to let us know that it is in transit and to provide tracking if available.

Full or partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Doggyloot within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product. Replacement orders will process after the original order has been received and fully processed.
